The Products shown are the only products authyorized by the Foundation that depict the Korean War Veterans Memorial and tell the story of the Memorial and the generation of American Soldiery that fought to prevent the subjugation of the people and the Republic of Korea by North Korea and the People's Republic of China with the support and acquiescence of the then Soviet Union.

The Memorial also honors the American Soldiery who, since the Cease Fire on 27 July 1953, continue to serve in the Republilc of Korea along with the Armed Forces of that nation, to preserve the freedom of the Republic of Korea and defend against an outbreak of hostilities. The Korean war is, and remains, America's Longest war! There is no peace treaty ending the war--only a cease fire that could again erupt to a resumption of combat!

And, in a subliminal sense, the Memorial gives testament to one of our Nation's most scared principles -- FREEDOM IS NOT FREE! Some must sacrifice so that others may enjoy freedom.
